30th Birthday Song

Good evening, I’m throwing a bottle into the sea. My son is turning 30 in just one month. For weeks I’ve been trying to find lyrics to write him a song; I think about it from morning to night and night to morning but I can’t do it. That’s why I’m sending an SOS in case anyone has inspiration—it would lift a huge weight from me and I’d be able to sleep again. For the melody, I thought of: Les chansons françaises (Bande à Basile), Les Champs-Élysées (Joe Dassin), Felice (Fernandel). My son’s name is Nicolas, his partner is L’aura, and they have a 19-month-old son named Jules. He did gymnastics for several years and has kept in touch with his team members, and they will be there for his birthday. His passion is fishing and wildlife photography. I hope someone can help, and I thank you in advance for any suggestions.

    Maybe you could tell a story? Start with the meeting of the mother, the birth of the son, the two or three troubles he’s known, the successes, and now?
