Create a playlist Without Silence for playback on USB Hi-Fi chain

Hello,

I am looking for how to create playlists without gaps to then place them on a USB stick and play them on a USB Hi-Fi system.
I know how to do it with software like AIMP3 or WMP, but I can't get it to work on the Hi-Fi system.
Does the USB stick need to be formatted in a special way? And should I only insert music onto it?
And what software should I use to maintain gapless playback?

    You can use Winamp or Virtual DJ, Virtual DJ is paid, but you can get a trial version. Once you've created your playlist, you can play it with Media Player.
