Ordinateur se bloque

Bonsoir, je viens vers vous pour un problème d'ordinateur...

Depuis quelques temps mon ordinateur se bloque au bout d'un certain temps d'utilisation ( de quelques minutes à plusieurs heures) : l'écran reste figé mais la souris bouge. je suis obligé d'éteindre l'ordi en appuyant sur le bouton marche/arrêt.
j'ai essayé de lancer un scan avast mais ce dernier se bloque vers 11%, et quand je le fais juste au démarrage de l'ordinateur il tourne en boucle à 99%.
j'ai télécharger ccleaner, et j'ai restauré windows 8 mais rien à faire...

un ami m'a dit d'utiliser ZHPdiag, mais le problème c'est que je ne sais pas comment analyser le rapport d'erreur...

quelqu'un peut il m'aider??? c'est assez urgent, je suis en train de faire ma thèse et j'ai besoin de mon ordi!!!

/!\ Désactive ton antivirus sinon l'outil ne pourra pas travailler convenablement /!\

- Télécharge Shortcut_Module (de g3n-h@ckm@n) sur ton bureau

- Lance-le puis clique sur Nettoyer.

- Patiente pendant que le logiciel travail.

- Si l'outil détecte un proxy que tu ne connais pas clic sur : "Supprimer le proxy"

- À la fin, un rapport s'ouvrira Shortcut_Module.txt (également sauvegardé sous C:\Shortcut_Module.txt)

- Héberge le rapport Shortcut_Module.txt présent sur ton bureau sur Cjoint puis copie/colle le lien fourni dans ta prochaine réponse.

Re,

- Téléchargez AdwCleaner (d'Xplode) sur ton bureau.

- Lancez-le en cliquant sur l'icône "adwcleaner_3.213.exe" présent sur votre bureau,

Note: Pour les utilisateurs de Vista/Seven/8, cliquer droit sur l'icône et "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur",

- Cliquez sur le bouton "Scanner"

- Une fois le scan fini, choisissez l'option "Nettoyer".

- Héberge le rapport C:\AdwCleaner[S0].txt présent sur ton bureau au redémarrage de ton PC sur Cjoint puis copie/colle le lien fourni dans ta prochaine réponse.

Re,

OK, très bien ....

- Télécharge Malwarebytes Anti-malware en cliquant sur "Version gratuite à télécharger".

- Enregistre-le sur ton bureau.

- Double-clique sur le fichier téléchargé pour lancer le processus d'installation (Si le pare-feu demande l'autorisation de se connecter pour Malwarebytes, accepte)

- Une fois le logiciel installé et lancé, va dans l'onglet "Examen".

- Sélectionne "Examen Menaces" puis clique sur "Examinez maintenant".

- Si une mise à jour est signalée clique sur Mettre à jour maintenant puis patiente durant l'examen

- Une fois l'examen terminé, veille à ce que l'action Quarantaine soit sélectionnée pour tous les éléments détectés.

- Clique sur "Appliquer les actions". S'il est demandé de redémarrer le PC, fais-le.

- Dans l'onglet Examen, clique sur Exporter le journal => Fichier texte (txt). Sinon, va dans l'onglet Historique puis Journaux de l'application.

- Héberge le rapport sur Cjoint puis copie/colle le lien fourni dans ta prochaine réponse.

ben il a l'air d'aller! je voulais essayer de lancer un scan avast pour voir s'il va jusqu'au bout ou si il me fait planté l'ordi comme auparavant.

Et j'ai remarqué dans le rapport schorcut qu'apparaissait un des fichiers sur lequel bloquait mon scan avast c'est peut être bon signe!

En tout cas merci infiniment pour ton aide tu me sauves!!! ça fait plaisir de tomber sur des gens qui sont prêts à aider, et aussi rapidement c'est royal!

- Télécharge la version FRST de Farbar, compatible avec ton système et enregistre le fichier sur ton Bureau

- Pour un système en 32 bits -> FRST

- Pour un système en 64 bits -> FRST64

Info: Comment savoir quelle version 32 bits ou 64 bits est exécutée sur mon système ?

- Ferme toutes les applications, y compris ton navigateur

- Double-clique sur FRST.exe et clique sur Oui pour accepter le Disclaimer

/!\ Sous Vista, Windows 7 et 8, il faut lancer le fichier par clic-droit -> "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur"

- Sur le menu principal, clique sur "Addition.txt" puis sur "Scan" et patiente le temps de l'analyse

- Héberge les rapports FRST.txt et Addition.txt présent sur ton bureau sur Cjoint puis copie/colle le lien fourni dans ta prochaine réponse.
