Rules at the scout camp

Hello,

I'm going to a scout camp in July and I've calculated that my period will start right in the middle of the camp.
Knowing that we wash ourselves in swimsuits using a hose, do you have any tips for showering without staining my swimsuit? I think there will be several of us taking a shower at the same time...

    "Anyway, I don't think you're the only girl who has her period, and not all the counselors will be boys, so the female counselors will understand. As for your swimsuit, you always have girls' stuff, you know (the thing to plug the tunnel). And if worse comes to worst, take a spare one."

    Don't worry, it will be fine! Personally, for my two camps, I got my period and I survived :)
    1) It happens among girls, and you can be sure that a majority will experience it, especially if the camp lasts 2-3 weeks.
    2) The leaders understand these problems, so if it really gets too much, go talk to them.
    3) During bathroom breaks, wear a tampon and keep some hygiene wipes for your intimate hygiene when you go to the toilets. Honestly, with or without your period, the toilets are always just as pleasant^^ (especially for the younger girls when they need to be changed...)

    A little advice, make sure to bring a good stock of pads and tampons because you can be sure at least one girl won't have planned anything^^
