Game rules THE MOTORWAY by Edmond DUJARDIN

Hello everyone,

A colleague gave me the board game THE HIGHWAY by Edmond DUJARDIN, 2007 version.
But the game is missing the instructions.
I can’t seem to find them (either I find the 1957 version or the 2010 one) and we are having a bit of trouble understanding the purpose of the cards ...
Could you please help me???

    Please help, the game looks really cool but it's hard to understand without the rules of the game...
