Hello, my son benefits from accommodations related to his disability for the exam. I need to clear the computer he uses for the exam. His equipment will be checked. I am a novice. Are there any procedures to follow (apart from copying his notes and exercises) to ensure everything is removed? Thank you in advance.

To be sure, the best thing is to retrieve the files and reinstall it... :)

      Hi
it might be a bit cumbersome as a device, especially for the exam, while for engineering competitions, it's not that much is required.
The best is to copy all documents onto an external hard drive and then delete them from the computer.
This way, there's no need to reinstall the computer and all the software.
However, if he has Word or Writer, he needs to remember to disable the spell checker and grammar checker.
