Hi
this is the first time I'm going to ask a question
anyway
I bought Call of Duty Black Ops 2. I installed it properly, but when I try to open it, this message appears: "sorry this application cannot run under a virtual machine"
I don't know what the problem is
here are the specs of my PC
name: TOSHIBA SATELLITE C55
RAM: 4 GB
processor: i5 @ 2.50 GHz 2.50 GHz
I have followed methods published on YouTube, but the problem is not resolved
thank you in advance

I'm sorry for the mistakes made while writing Mrmichant
honestly, it's not me who bought the game but it's a gift for a celebration.

There is a difference between I bought and I received. Do you use it via Steam?

Have you tried launching it as an admin?

Otherwise, right-click, go to properties, compatibility tab, check the box to run this program in compatibility mode for:

and from the list try changing it to see if it works.
(Try Windows XP and if there are multiple Service Packs, try them all).

It doesn't matter whether he bought it or received it or whatever, we’re not starting a debate ^^.

    EDIT:
-Have you tried reinstalling the game?
-It might be your antivirus that is blocking the game.

I followed this step. The game now opens but the screen stays black (another message appears but I can't read it because it's hidden) and when I end the task everything disappears.

Yes, pierrooo62, I think it's a graphics card issue (I have an Intel graphics card). What do you think?

I forgot to mention this. I installed Need for Speed Rivals and encountered the same problem (it opens but the screen stays black).

    1) Be careful with your mistakes. 2) Where did you buy it?
