Hello,

I just saw a listing for a mobile phone

which states that the "service provider is unspecified." Does that mean that the phone can work with all operators or that they don't know which operator it is operational on? Thank you for your response.

    From what I understand, it's sold unlocked without the operator pack, so it's unlocked for all operators. That means it works with all operators, at least one of them among all the existing operators in France.
