Internet est bloqué avec Garmin express

Bonjour à tous!
je viens de télécharger Garmin Express, tout a apparement bien fonctionné, jusqu'au moment où j'ai voulu l'ouvrir; message d'erreur:
"Gatmin express can't open because the internet connection is being blocked. Try disabling your firewall and proxy settings and open Garmin express again.
If that doesn't work, you may need to contact your network administrator to ensure your network you're on isn't restricting access, or contact your internet services provider to make sure they aren't blocking the connection"
Bien sîr, je n'ai aucun pb de connexion internet...

Pour les windows en français il faut remplacer
"Network Service" par "Service réseau"
(et log on tab en 5 dans la procédure c'est l'onglet connexion)

Pour les Windows en allemand il faut écrire "Netzwerkdienst" ;-)
