Hello,
I'm reaching out to the online community because I'm having a problem with my Freebox Revolution. Indeed, when I start the box, it displays "FREEBOX Authentication" on the TV screen and this message doesn't go away. I've restarted the Freebox several times as well as the other devices but nothing has changed. Have you ever experienced this type of problem? If so, do you know a solution? I've tried to contact Free but I can't get through. I would really like to be able to watch the matches of the 2014 World Cup.
