Hello,
I bought a Lexibook Master tablet for my granddaughter over a year ago, and since then, she has had nothing but problems with it. Of course, it is no longer under warranty.
Now it is stuck on the Lexibook Tablet Master logo and nothing happens.
I think it needs to be reset, but no matter how many long "power" presses I do, nothing works. I've also tried connecting it to a PC, but it is not recognized by the computer. I also saw that I need to press "vol+" "home" and "power," but the keyboard I have is QWERTY and I can't find a volume+ or - key anyway.
If you have a miracle solution, please let me know.

Faced with the same problem, I tested the volume + power manipulation. I was able to access the recovery menu, did a factory reset. And the tablet is back up and running.

At startup, when the screen is stuck on the logo, you need to turn off the tablet and then turn it back on by pressing the "volume +" button at the same time as the "on" button until you see the Android logo with a warning triangle on the open belly of the robot. Let it work for about 2 minutes until the usual home screen appears. This worked for me on both Ultra 3XL Lexibook tablets of my twins!

we have the same problem but with the Lexibook Ultra Power Touch MFC175FR tablet purchased more than a year ago. When starting up, the screen gets stuck on the logo and even after several resets, nothing happens. I will also contact Lexibook's customer service and I hope they will also make a gesture regarding the repair since it seems to be recurrent.

I am in the same situation: tablet stuck on the "Lexibook Tablet Master" screen. No commands appear. Several resets without success. This tablet has already been replaced once; it’s the second failure, out of warranty, of course... but throwing it in the trash is not an option... I contacted Lexibook, I’m awaiting their response, and I fully intend to negotiate a repair. The messages in this forum will help me with that because, clearly, I am not the only one.
Is there no one to help me? Is there nothing that can be done to restart this tablet?

no solution alas. The tablet ended up in the trash. We even tried to open it, remove the battery, but nothing worked. It's money wasted. We bought a regular tablet for our little girl and she loves it because there are no problems anymore. Moreover, she found plenty of free educational games on Google Play.
