Lexibook Master Tablet

Hello,

I bought my daughter a Lexibook Master tablet.
I specifically got it for the "Lexibook" app.

However, when I click on it, the following message appears:
"The installation files for the children's interface are missing" please contact our customer service..
I have done that, but have not received a reply to this day????

I'm a bit lost at this point???? I did follow the startup steps but I must have messed up somewhere????

If someone could help me, that would be great, thanks????

Configuration: Android / Chrome 87.0.4280.101

    Hello,

    I also have the same error message after resetting the tablet. I couldn't get the Lexibook app to work properly. However, the app was installed correctly before.
