Hello,
I have an Epson sx425w printer that has always worked perfectly. However, today it shows me an error message and refuses to operate "cartridges not recognized"
I have removed my cartridges, checked the ink levels, and then reinserted the cartridges, but I still get the same message.
What should I do to remove this message and get my printer working?
