Bonjour,
Avast m'a demandé de faire un scan avant le démarrage de l'ordi et voilà ce qu'il y avait sur l'écran:
Fichier C:\users\C...\AppData\Local\Temp\fullpackage_temp1397768601\tmp\wpm.exe est infecté par win32:Rootkit-gen [Rtk]

Faire un Scan OTL - Temps : Environ 40min

OTL permet de diagnostiquer les programmes qui tournent et déceler des infections - Le programme va générer deux rapports OTL.txt et Extras.txt
Fournir les deux rapports :
Tu peux suivre les indications de cette page pour t'aider : https://www.malekal.com/tutorial-otl/
* Télécharge OTL sur ton bureau
* http://www.geekstogo.com/forum/files/file/398-otl-oldtimers-list-it/
* ou : https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/utilitaires/16705-otl/
(Sous Vista/Win7, il faut cliquer droit sur OTL et choisir Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur)
* Lance OTL
* En haut à droite de Analyse rapide, coche "tous les utilisateurs"
* Clique sur le bouton Analyse.
**** Si durant le scan - OTL ne répond pas, ne touche à rien et laisse le scan se poursuivre ****
* Quand le scan est fini, utilise le site http://pjjoint.malekal.com/ pour envoyer le rapport OTL.txt (et Extra.txt si présent).
Donne le ou les liens pjjoint qui pointent vers ces rapports ici dans une réponse.

Copie/colle le script ci-dessous en gras dans la fenêtre OTL, tout en bas, dans la partie Personnalisation.

oui, toujours.
J'ai en plus des tonnes de pub qui se mettent n'importe où sur les pages et que l'on ne peut pas fermer.
J'ai été obligée de couper le son de l'ordi car Avast m'indique sans arrêt des programmes malveillants.

J'utilise google chrome. En allant sur un forum un jour, il m'a été demandé de mettre à jour java. Depuis ma page d'accueil internet est websearches, même si j'essaie de remettre google et toutes les pubs se mettent partout sur l'écran.
Concernant les pubs, il y a de tout, de simples recherches que je peux faire à des pubs de sites de rencontres en tout genre...
Ma box est une box SFR.

reconfigure l'ouverture de pages sur Google Chrome pour virer websearches : https://www.malekal.com/reparer-google-chrome/?t=35837&start=
Vérifie aussi que le raccourci que tu utilises pour le lancer n'a pas l'adresse de websearches dans le champs cible.
