Convert a wireless keyboard from qwerty to azerty

I bought a Bluetooth keyboard "essentiel b" STEEL SLIM for my Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro. The keyboard is in AZERTY layout but is written in QWERTY. I tried the trick with SHIFT+SHIFT or SHIFT+ALT, and nothing works to fix this issue. So "HELP" to the IT pros out there.

I tried ALT+SHIFT, but it doesn't work. In fact, I think the keyboard is locked, which prevents me from changing the functions of the keys. And the keyboard manual doesn't mention how to unlock the keyboard. Anyway, it's a bit of a struggle. Thanks to dante7774, but that doesn't work.
