Nettoyage apres detection de Quone 8

Bonjour,
comme expliquer dans mon titre,j'ai dans mes programmes un malware s'appelant quone 8,que j'ai attraper en telechargeant daemon tools sur un site,bref j'ai lancer un scann et nettoyage adwcleanner

et continuer avec une recherche malwarebytes,

y a t'il une manip a faire pour nettoyer correctement ou ces 2 actions sont elles suffisantes??

Salut,
Tu as installé des adwares et programmes parasites sur ton PC qui ouvrent des publicités et ralentissent l'ordinateur et les navigateurs WEB.
Voici la procédure à suivre pour les supprimer :

Fournis les rapports AdwCleaner et OTL via le site pjjoint comme cela est demandé.
Tu dois :
1/ AdwCleaner tu l'as déjà fait.
2/ Réinitialiser les navigateurs
3/ Faire un scan OTL et fournir le ou les rapports.

* Relance OTL.
Copie/colle le script ci-dessous en gras dans la fenêtre OTL, tout en bas, dans la partie Personnalisation.

par contre j'ai fichiers desktop.ini qui sont apparus sur mon bureau après redémarrage,j'en fait quoi??
