Impossible de booter d'une clé usb

Bonjour,
J'ai un problème avec mon pc portable qui est sous windows 7 (hp 6830s), il ne détecte aucune clé usb au boot (je veux installer linux mint) et quand j'essaye d'entrer dans le bios pour voir la config, il redémarre.
J'ai essayé d'installer des mise à jour du Bios ==>
