Bonjour.
J'ai un petit problème avec mon PC qui refuse de se connecter à certains sites Internet alors qu'il va, sans problèmes, sur d'autres. Il y a aussi le cas où la page met un temps anormalement long à s'afficher. Le problème survient systématiquement, j'ai essayé avec Mozilla et aussi Chrome.
Le problème ne vient pas de ma connexion Internet, j'ai fait le test avec un autre laptop et tout roule parfaitement...
Comme je n'y connais pas grand chose j'ai lancé une analyse antivirus qui n'a rien signalé d'anormal... Bref, en gros... Que puis-je faire ? De quoi cela peut-il venir ?

Faire un Scan OTL - Temps : Environ 40min
=====================
OTL permet de diagnostiquer les programmes qui tournent et déceler des infections - Le programme va générer deux rapports OTL.txt et Extras.txt
Fournir les deux rapports :
Tu peux suivre les indications de cette page pour t'aider : https://www.malekal.com/tutorial-otl/
* Télécharge http://www.geekstogo.com/forum/files/file/398-otl-oldtimers-list-it/ sur ton bureau.
(Sous Vista/Win7, il faut cliquer droit sur OTL et choisir Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur)
Dans le cas d'Avast!, ne pas lancer le programme dans la Sandbox (voir lien d'aide ci-dessus).
* Lance OTL
* En haut à droite de Analyse rapide, coche "tous les utilisateurs"
* Sur OTL, sous Personnalisation, copie-colle le script ci-dessous :

Relance OTL.

Malekal_morte- je me pose une question : pourquoi me demandes-tu de désinstaller ces programmes alors que c'est un ami informaticien qui me les avait fait installer afin de protéger le pc et d'améliorer ses performances (ça avait nettement bien fonctionné, à l'époque) ??

Malheureusement aucune amélioration malgré avoir désinstallé Spyhunter qui se trouvait effectivement (bien vu) dans mes programmes installés...

L'ironie du sort c'est que Youtube fait partie des sites auxquels je ne peux plus accéder sauf si je passe par un lien vidéo posté sur Facebook, par exemple. J'essaie de le faire tourner ce soir, je suis tes instructions et je te dis en fonction.

Et un détail que j'avais complètement oublié : au moment où la page web plante au lieu de s'afficher, j'ai quelques fois une fenêtre qui apparait "windows synaptics touchpad a cessé de fonctionner - windows cherche une solution au problème".

Bonsoir ! Mille excuses, je viens (enfin !!) de trouver ce qui clochait et je me sens vraiment stupide de t'avoir fait perdre autant de temps pour une raison aussi simple et idiote !!
Avast était tout simplement configuré avec une pare-feu "connexion Internet publique" depuis que j'ai séjourné à l'hôtel il y a 2 semaines...
