[WORD] Background image and mosaic printing! Why?

Hello,

When I print a WORD document with a background image, it prints in mosaic (a lot of small copies) even though the image is large and displays well on the screen!

Here is my process:

I created a WORD document in which I added a background image.
To do this:
Page Layout > Page Background > Page Color > Patterns and Textures > Picture
There I went to find the image I created (I notice that "Lock aspect ratio" is grayed out... strange but I continue.

Then, I allow WORD to print my background images and colors:
WORD button > WORD Options > Display > Print Options and I check "Print background colors and images".

And that’s where my problem arises when I print: the background image, which is large on the screen, prints small and in mosaic when printed!

What is the trick, please?
