Hello, I have a small problem and I hope someone can help me.
I need to copy a DVD to send to my sister in America, but I can't figure out how to change the region so that she can watch it in America, which is region 1.

Hi.

If you legally burn a royalty-free DVD, the copy is not region-locked...
