Hello,
I accidentally broke the Memup remote control for my external hard drive, I would like to know which universal remote I should choose, which website to turn to, etc... so that I don't have any unpleasant surprises once the remote is received (meaning it won't be compatible with my hard drive :p)
Thanks in advance!
Configuration: Windows 7 / Mozilla 11.0

Hello,
What if you just took an original remote control: https://www.afternic.com/forsale/memup.com?utm_source=TDFS_DASLNC&utm_medium=DASLNC&utm_campaign=TDFS_DASLNC&traffic_type=TDFS_DASLNC&traffic_id=daslnc&
Kind regards

You check that your remote control is indeed an IR (infrared) one, not an RF (radio frequency) one, as universal remotes mostly use infrared.
Then you go to the remote manufacturer's website to see if your device is listed there.
For example, for Logitech: https://support.myharmony.com/fr-fr/compatibility?utm_source=logitech.com&utm_medium=old%20compatibility%20tool&utm_campaign=compatibility%20lookup
