Horizontal/Vertical Symmetry Rotation of a Layer

Hello,

I wanted to know how it is possible to apply a horizontal or vertical symmetry rotation on a layer?
When I go to "Image" > "Image Rotation" > "Horizontal Symmetry," it rotates my entire workspace, but I want it to apply only to one of my layers.

    Hello,

    In the Image menu, the entire image undergoes the transformation.

    To have only the layer in horizontal symmetry, you need to go to the dropdown menu ---> Edit ---> Transformation ---> Horizontal Symmetry.
