Salut,

mon souci c'est que mon pc rame.
Lorsque le bureau apparait, il faut que j'attende presque2 minutes avant de pouvoir faire n'importe quelle action. Au bout de ces deux minutes, un message apparait me disant qu'aucun "pare feu" n'est activé. Je clique sur le message et dans le centre de securité, il est actif.....

Yep


avant de penser que tu es infecté réalise un gros check up de ton pc

Commence par:
- défragmenté tes disques
- Netoyer les disques
- Nettoyer la base de registre
-vérifie que des programmes inutiles ne sont pas planifié a l'ouverture de pc
- réalise un scan anti-virus ainsi qu'un anti-spyware

une fois tout ceci réalisé ca ira peut-être déjà mieux

Si non on avisera par la suite

Salut seb

-defragmenter / fait

-Nettoyer les disques / fait

- pas de virus trouver lors du scan

- Nettoyer la base de registre / ??? je sais pas ce que c'est

- Supprimer la planification des programmes inutiles/ fait mais pas sur que ce soit bien fait

- j'ai fait un scan avec spyware doctor il y a huit infections, je les supprime mais elles reviennent a chaque fois,
je ne sais pas comment coller le rapport

merci d'avoir repondu rapidement

a la fin du scan avec spyware doctor, la seul case que je peux cocher est : "reparation verifiee".
D'apres ce que j'ai pu lire sur d'autre forum il devrait y avoir : "reparer et verifier"
je possede la version complete!

Perso je n'utilise pas spyware docotor... je préfère spybot search and destroy gratuit. Tu peux le combiner avec spyware blaster qui est un bouclier!!! cela veut dire qu'il ne désinfecte pas ton ordi, mais le protège!

Ensuite pour le nettoyage des taches planifiés tu peux utiliser Ekinx, il est gratuit et facile à l'utilisation tu pourras aussi optimiser windows, les connexion http etc...

Pour les nettoyage de base de donnée j'utilise Jv16 powertools il existe en version d'esssai je pense, cherche un peu sur google... Il est moins facile a utiliser mais je pourrai te conseiller ^^!

Fais encore un scan avec ad-aware... pour les virus on sais jamais

Merci pour ta reponse qui m'a bien aider, en effet,

j'ai Pu nettoyer la base de données avec Jv16
Je me suis aussi servie de Ekinx , un peu galere mais ca a l'air d'etre bon

coté protection, j'ai installer spybot
et a squared plutot que spyware blaster

spybot et ad aware n'ont rien trouver alors que spyware doctor trouver toujours 8 "suspects"
Je me suis resolue à le supprimer et surprise....
Mon probleme de pare feu inactif au demarrage a disparu, et la page d'acceuil internet est celle que je veux!
En gros j'ai payer un logiciel que je ne conseille Vraiment PAS

donc sur mon pc il y a :

a squared en surveillance
ad aware
avast
spybot avec tea timer

dis moi ce que tu en penses!

sorry de répondre seulement maintenant... je suis en examens alors je me coupe parfois 3-4 jours du monde pour étudier

J'ai regarder ta liste des programmes personnellement je connaissais pas a squarred... Mais ne te manque-t-il pas un pare-feu ? ou bien tu utilises celui de windows ? moi j'utilise kerio personnal firewall pas mauvais et gratuit...

au niveau du rapport hijackthis ... je suis pas un spécialiste mais il y pas l'air d'avoir qq chose d'anormal...

si il y a encore des truc qui coince préviens moi et je contacterai un modo pour un peu plus d'aide !

Bein personnellemnt je n'ai jamais cru en l'efficacité du pare-feu windows... tu peux te procurer kerio qui est vraiment bon avec une protection résidente etc... ou zone alarme qui n'est pas mauvais non plus...

Une cause des ralentissement de ton pc peut aussi être un mauvais paramétrage de l'antivirus, si celui-ci possède une protection résidente et qu'il s'attelle a scanner outlook en permanence alors que tu ne l'utilise pas ca bouffe des ressource pour rien... donc vérifie tes configs à ce niveau aussi...
