Hier j'ai telecharger retrica cam dans mon galaxy ace Gt S5830i et je l'ouvre mais le telephone arret de marcher alors j'enleve la batterie et je l'ouvre il ouvre mais il arret a samsung screen mot et j'enleve la batterie une autre fois mais il arret a samsung screen une autre fois Svp aidez moi 
last i night i download retrica cam o n my galaxy ace  Gt S5830i when i open this application my phone stop working so i remove the battery then i opened so he open but he stop on samsung word on the screen and he close and stoping another more on samsung word so please help me

Hello,
Did you try hard reset ?
FIRST TAKE OUT BATTERY AND PUT IT BACK
THEN PRESS AND HOLD VOLUME UP KEY AND SLIGHTLY PRESS THE POWER KEY THEN LEAVE THE POWER BUTTON BUT KEEP PRESSING THE VOLUME UP KEY THEN YOU ENTER THE RESET SCREEN
SELECT "wipe data/factory reset "
AFTER THAT SELECT REBOOT DEVICE OR PHONE
