Convert transparent pixels to opaque pixels

Hello, I'm on CS5, I would like to convert all pixels with transparency into opaque pixels. Is it possible?

I would like to convert these aliased pixels into opaque pixels, do you have a simple method to suggest? I have searched for an hour, even on English sites, but found nothing, thanks for shedding some light on this topic :)
