My PS3 freezes during the restore!

Hello,
Here it is, I have a 320 GB PS3, I've had it for about 2 years, and I just encountered a problem with it, like very often, but this time I can do absolutely nothing.
I was playing Assassin's Creed 4 when suddenly it started to glitch (the sound was acting up), so I paused to quit the game and restart it, but when I pressed "start," the loading was endless. I then tried to press the PS button on my controller to quit the game directly, but it didn't work.
Having waited long enough, because I hate having to force shut down my PS3, I still decided to do it.
Once my PS3 was off, I restarted it, it took a little while, but once in the menu, everything worked perfectly, so I relaunched the game, but the PS3 couldn't start the game (the screen stayed black).
Like before, I was forced to shut it down forcefully. I turn it back on and then the famous message appears: "The hard disk file system is corrupted and will be restored."
So I click "OK," it loads very well at first, but the loading stops dead at 19%!
Having waited several long minutes, I tried to restart it, but the restoration still gets stuck at 19%!
Please help me!!!!
PS: I tried the recovery mode, it doesn't work, I think it's a hard drive problem!
