Hello everyone .....
Honestly, my problem is the following: I have a Giant
HD New that I bought recently. Right from the assembly and reception, we encountered many obstacles. In short, it worked the first day and the next day everything went wrong (no encrypted channels). Then we changed the decoder satellite from W6 to W3 and now it’s on Atlantic Bird (12.5 W). Sorry for my language, I've struggled with it for 4 days, and on the 5th day when I turned it on, I found nothing ...... At first, I thought maybe it was the strong winds that hit our area, but when it was done, there was still no reception. I checked the dish and everything looks normal, but it keeps showing weak signal ....... I don’t understand anything ........ What should I do and thank you all
