Probleme avec le fichier local de mon site izispot

Bonjour,

J'ai un problème lors de la mise en ligne de mon site internet créer avec le logiciel IZISPOT. Au moment de la mise en ligne, le message suivant apparait : "le fichier local ne peut être envoyé au serveur FTP"
Mon site est hébergé sur "hebergement-gratuit.com".

Que puis-je faire ?
