Arma 3 frozen screen before the main menu

Hello, I bought Arma 3 a week ago and when I launch it, the company that created the game appears and it freezes. I don't know why this is happening.
I uninstalled the game and then reinstalled it.
I checked for updates and
I'm still experiencing the same issue.
Please help me :/

    What is the model of the PC (if it is a branded PC) or what is the configuration of the PC (for custom-built towers: CPU, GPU, Motherboard, RAM, Power Supply, Case...) ?

    Hi,
    apparently this game has serious issues with crashes, freezes, etc.
    Do some research online and you’ll understand.

    For you, it seems that solution #8 would be the best.
    Start by updating your graphics card drivers,
    https://www.nvidia.fr/download/driverResults.aspx/73885/fr
    If that doesn't work, find the file named "arma3.cfg" and delete it (this will reset the game configuration on the next launch).
    If that doesn’t work, unfortunately there’s nothing to do but wait for an update to fix the issue.

      Thank you honestly, but I can't find it. Do you have a location to suggest because the game is still lagging, but sometimes I manage to launch it...

      CPU = Processor (you provided this)
      GPU = graphics card (you will need to give me this ;))

      It's impossible to run Arma 3 on 3 screens with this setup!

    In the game directory, look for the .exe that allows you to launch it. Right-click on it; Run with graphics processor => AMD high-performance processor ;)
    But still, the 7600M series isn't that great for gaming either

    I did what you told me; it did not say AMD high-performance processor
    It said: NVIDIA high-performance processor (by default)
    Integrated graphics
    What should I do??

      Yes, it's NVIDIA, sorry ^^ click on High Performance NVIDIA Processor!

    Re hello, I can launch Arma 3 but there’s still a problem: it crashes during the loading when I join a multiplayer server, even in solo :/ Can someone help me?

    Hello, I managed to launch Arma 3 several times
    But when there is a Multiplayer / Solo loading
    I crash. My computer tells me

    :(
    Your computer has encountered a problem and needs to restart
    we are simply collecting error information (after the error, not sure :/ )

    At the bottom, it shows me that the error is: VIDEO TDR FAILURE: (nvlddmkm.sys)
    If you know why this is happening, please let me know.
