bonsoir, cet après-midi, j'est voullut aller sur inetrnet explorer et la page n'était même pas encore ouverte qu'avast me lance une alerte, j'est voullut le mettre en quarantaine, mais avast refuse, car il dit que je suis occupée avec le programme, hors que rien n'est ouvert à part internet explorer que je tente d'ouvrir, c'est la 3ème fois depuis, j'est éssayer de l'enlever avec spyware doctor"gratuit limiter avec google toolbar" sa part et puis sa revient quelques minute après. je fait donc appel à vôtre aide, pourriez vous m'aider s-v-p?

remets nous un log Hijackthis.

lance ensuite un scan avec avast (mets à jour la base de signature virale avant).

alors j'avais juste commencer un scan, mais comme tu me demande d'abord un log hijackthis, je l'est arrêter, et recommencerais après, pour les mise à jour je suis un peut embêtée comme je ne l'est plus dans mon démarge, je ne vois pas comment les mettre, je saizs juste cliker sur l'icone avast sur mon bureau et de là il s'allume.

Tu peux désinstaller la windows live toolbar qui net'es d'aucune utilité .

et met le service d'AVG (AVG Anti-Spyware Guard) sur "manuel".

Sinon ton log est propre .

a oui, il ne fallait pas la cocher celle là donc fais ceci

réouvre HijackThis, choisis « voir les sauvegardes » -> coche la case devant cette ligne

, puis clique sur [Réparer]

redémarre ton PC (mais fini le scan s'il est commencé). :)

bonjour,
j'est eu un peut de mal à enrégistrer le rapport de bitdeffender scan online, j'est du recommencer l'analyse 3 fois avant d'avoir enfin le rapport.
il c'est passer un truc étrange, hier il avait détecter un virus dans un programme"jamais ouvert" et pas encore installer, donc je l'est jeter de suite.
j'est relancer le scan et ce matin il m'indiquait encore un autre trojan, j'est voullut prendre le rapport mais je n'y suis pas arrivée, donc j'est relancer le scan pour pouvoir vous mettre le rapport sur le post, et la plus de virus detecter, j'est donc encore recommencer pour être certaine et il n'y as rien, voiçi le rapport:

Ok le rapport de Bitdefender est clean ainsi que le log hijack.

par contre AVG est toujours en execution continue (résident)

Pour Kério si j'ai un conseil à te donner c'est de mette tout sur "me demander" et d'accepter au fur et a mesure les applications c'est un peu lourd mais c'est mieux ... Quand tu l'auras installé tu n'auras surement plus accès à internet c'est normal donc tu cliqueras droit sur l'icone de kério en bas à droite et tu cliqueras sur désactiver le firewall. Ensuite configure le comme je t'ai dis, et remet le en fonctionnement (en cliquant droit sur l"icone et "activer le firewall")

Pour AVG il est toujours actif ...

Donc fais ceci

Démarrer -> executer -> tape dans la fenêtre services.msc la page s'affiche -> double clic sur AVG Anti-Spyware Guard dans la fenêtre qui s'ouvre regarde dans "type de démarrage" et mets le sur "désactiver"-> [appliquer] -> [ok]

ensuite fais cette manip

Démarrer -> executer -> tape msconfig -> tu as une fenêtre qui s'affiche -> va voir dans l'onglet "démarrage" et décoche "avgas" -> [appliquer]->[ok].

Redémarre ton PC et ca doit être bon.

alors , j'est installer kério, mais la fenêtre m'indique toujours une tentative d'intrusion sur un produit logitech, je vais voir pour le configurer correctement parce que c'est très embêtant, la fenêtre reste j'est beau cliker 10 fois dessus pour la fermer sa revient sans cesse.
pour avg, pour la manip suivante aucun souçis:

C'est tout laisse tomber c'est qu'il n'est pas au démarrage ...

Pour Kério lorsque tu as un message d'une application (là logitech) que tu connais , tu coches 'créer une règle pour cette application et ne plus me demander' ou un truc dans le genre .
Comme ça tu n'auras pas à la réaccepter la fois suivante. Kério la reconnaitra .

y as que sa qui ne va pas, et je vais pas supporter d'enlever ces alertes 100 fois par jour, donc je crois que je vais malheureusement le désinstaller et rester sur le parre-feu windows, je ne vois pas d'autre solution, j'est vraiment tout suivis la lettre et chercher partout, tand pis!

pour ça fais cette manip :

Démarrer -> executer tape services.msc double clic sur le service cité - > et dans "type de démarrage" et mets le sur « arrêté » et « désactivé ».

Ca doit être ça la cause du problème .
