Lenteur des fenetres et de l'explorateur

Je viens de recevoir mon PC j'essaye d'installer Avid Xpress mais le logiciel à l'air de contenir un virus et depuisc'est le bordel.Mes fenetres s'ouvrent lentement et le lancement de l'explorateur fait disparaitre les icones une fois sur deux( avec la commande windows +E)
