.unretrievable .mov files

Hello,
I am currently in the middle of a shoot, and I accidentally deleted videos from my camera (Canon EOS 700D) yesterday that I hadn't yet saved to my computer.
Fortunately, I realized it immediately and did not overwrite the card.
I directly launched the Photorec software, which has been running for almost 20 hours now.
My SDHC card is 32 GB. The software is recovering all my photos and videos deleted over the past few days, although I actually only needed two videos (which were very large and took up the entire card space). The photos are being recovered without issue.
In the folder of recovered files, I have some .mov files and some _ftyp.mov files.
In general, it seems to me that the _ftyp.mov files appear to be lighter than the .mov files.
When I play the videos, the duration displays correctly, but I get a black screen, no sound, or just a second of sound followed by static.
What should I do to get these videos to work?
I read on Photorec forums that when there are two video files, a heavy and a light one, they need to be associated together, but for that, they must have the same name. However, at the moment (will that change later since the process is not finished?), I do not have two video files with the same name.
Thank you in advance for any help you could provide; I am quite desperate.

A ftyp.mov file? It doesn't exist?
.mov files do exist!
Which player do you use for your videos?
(In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit!) -
These are .mov files but with _ftyp just in front; I don't know what that means...
I tried QuickTime and VLC, and neither works. QuickTime shows a black background and a few seconds of sound before crackling, VLC nothing at all.-
(To change the extension of your _ftyp.mov file, try changing the extension to .mov)
Click on the video title to rename it, and in the end, you write: .mov
If that doesn't work for changing the extension:
Maybe with Quick Time Lite, also called QuickTime Alternative!

Or convert your file with Format Factory.

Convert to AVI or MPG. -
That's what I did. But it doesn't change anything...
I also noticed that only _ftyp.mov files can be opened by QuickTime, even if there's only a second of sound and no image. For .mov files in general, QuickTime starts a conversion that doesn't succeed.
Maybe my files were split during recovery?
I'll try converting the files and let you know how it goes, thank you very much! -

Thank you for all the information.
So the problem is that I’m on a Mac and I can’t find these software options for Mac... Maybe I’m not skilled enough. Isn’t there an alternative? I tried Kigo video converter but it couldn’t even open the files, let alone convert them...
Could there have been an issue with the recovery software I used earlier? -
