Hello,

I am no longer receiving alerts from my club and my favorite selection via push notifications, and when I contacted L'Equipe.fr, they confirmed that I am indeed subscribed to these alerts, but this does not solve my problem... Can you help me?

Good evening,

Go to system settings and then click on notification center...
Check if Notification Display and Today View are enabled...

If so, scroll down further and look for your app the team.

Once found, click on it and select your alert style and activity all the options below....

PS: If the include module is available, set it by default to 5 recent items

On my Huawei, I don't receive notifications even though I've done everything you said.

I'm also having issues with my Huawei P9 Lite regarding alerts... Emails, Facebook, and SMS are fine... But for the rest... I like to receive news alerts in push notifications while my phone is in sleep mode... (Ouest France, 20 minutes, Le Télégramme, Google Calendar, Le Monde, L'Express...) But that doesn't work... Despite the "screen sleep banner" setting, "protected app" option, and even the "Notifier Pro" app to manage alerts on the phone... ... Nothing works...
Coming from the Apple world, it worked perfectly well... I used to get real-time information... But now, nothing works... Except Ouest France, which occasionally functions... I have 2 or 3 alerts on my lock screen... For who? For what?... The apps are still open, though... I've been trying to figure out why this is happening, but I'm stuck... I'm starting to wonder if it’s a bug with Huawei... Why does it sometimes work?
Anyway, I'm at a loss with this problem, and I don't know what to do... Any suggestions would be welcome (especially if you've had this issue before and managed to solve it...)

Same issue for me. Huawei P9 Lite. Everything is set up though...
