Snapchat Sound Solved

Question

Hello, when I receive videos on Snapchat, I don't have sound, even if I turn up the volume. (The microphone is activated so when I make a video, others can hear me but I can't hear them.)
So how do I enable sound on Snapchat?

Other users must accept microphone permissions by SnapChat. On iPhone, iPod, iPad, it is sometimes necessary to enable it manually (Privacy -> Microphone -> Enable microphone for SnapChat)...

I have the same issue. Microphone activated, but when I play videos it doesn't work. However, Soundcloud works, and the sound from the videos I record also works. On Snapchat, to hear the sound of the videos, I have to use headphones.... Where does the problem come from? Thank you for your response! (I couldn't find the answer on any forum. The solution is not in Settings -> Privacy -> Microphone.
