Snapchat sound issue

Hello,
I have an iPhone 6, my volume is all the way up and the microphone is also activated, but I have no sound when I receive or make a video. What should I do??

It's indeed strange! I can suggest an answer, but I'm not sure if it will work!!
Go to settings --> Snapchat (it's down there, where Twitter, Facebook, etc. are...) --> and there you can adjust the sound (but I'm not sure if it's there)

IF IT'S NOT THERE

Go to Notification Center and then Snapchat (it should definitely be there!) and adjust the notifications.

Otherwise, I don't know

The button on the side had to be in ringtone mode.

Great, you actually need to go to settings => snapchat => microphone and enable it!
