Lost my Hotmail, Outlook code, how can I recover it? Help me!

Question

Today I wanted to log into my Hotmail address, but I have a problem, I can’t find my code!!! So I click on (account not accessible), and they ask me for my Microsoft account with a code to decrypt below, normal! So I comply, I do it and then they ask me How would you like to receive your security code? either by email or by a question I can't remember, I choose by email but here's the problem I enter my email address so they can send me that code, (BUT I CAN'T ACCESS MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE I DON’T HAVE THE CODE) I don’t understand anything HELP!!!! please help me  they ask me (To verify that this is indeed your email address, enter it below and click "Next" to receive your code.) I enter it and then (If gf*****@hotmail.fr matches the email address of your account, we will send you a code.)  but where do I receive their code??? :O help

I had exactly the same problem this morning, the same response from them, and therefore I'm unable to retrieve their code since my email is unreachable..... We're going in circles.

Lu  You are supposed to provide backup addresses when you create an account  if you provided the same one or nothing, it's your fault how do you expect them to give it to you  you also say you don't know about your security question security questions are there because it's impossible not to know and you choose the question from their options  your mother's maiden name the name of your school your dog's name your best friend's name   A crowded elevator will always feel different for a dwarf

For the security question, it's fine for the backup email address......... it's been outdated for a long time and no longer valid as I moved and obviously you don't always think about changing it  what I mean is, they respond it's all good, and write to the blocked address, strange right? or am I really clueless? Yes, put the question. I put what I had during the creation of my account and they do not accept it!! There is really nothing else I can do, I need it. I have all my accounts on it and put the link for the prep code, help me!!

https://account.live.com/ResetPassword.aspx Enter your address and the captcha it asks you for Then you do: "I don't use them anymore" Then you do: "No" They will ask you at which address to send the password They will then ask you for your account information to confirm that it is really you.  There you go.

ok thank you I just did it response: " You have reached the maximum number of account recovery requests  We have received too many recovery requests for this account today. (There is a limit in place to protect your account.) Please try again in 24 hours.  I will try again tomorrow, but they forget about the billing information, I won’t provide it and why I’ve never paid anything  thank you again, have a good day and tomorrow I will let you know if it worked
