My TI-83+ calculator got wet.

Hello,
my calculator got wet. Since then, the top of the screen won't display, and some buttons like "second" aren't working. I shook my calculator to get out as much water as possible. I don't know what else to do to save it.

    If you turned it on while it was still wet, good luck...
    Otherwise, you unscrew, you open it, you let it dry for a good day, you cross your fingers.
