Bonsoir à tous,
Suite à de multiples écran bleu de la part de la machine, j'ai vu ici que pour savoir quelle est l'origine de cela, il fallait analyser avec Whocrashed.
Après analyse, voici le rapport :
(il apparait clairement que c'est le driver Realtek 8101E/8168/8169 PCI/PCIe Adapters faisant fonctionner "rtlh86.sys" qui est à l'origine de ces écrans bleus.
Néanmoins j'ai essayé de chercher sur internet un moyen de le mettre à jour, mais je n'arrive pas à trouver alors que ça fait plus de 20 minutes.
Alors, ce serait vraiment sympa si une personne pouvait me trouver un lien afin que je puisse le mettre à jour et par conséquent puisse mettre fin aux écrans bleu.
Je serai plus que redevable à ladite personne.

Dans la barre rechercher
Tape: devmgmt.msc et OK.
Vois s'il y a des points d'interrogation et lesquels ?
Si oui, fais clic droit sur le périphérique
Propriétés
Onglet détails
Donne le no. d'identifiant de matériel.
Pour trouver le no. d'identifiant, regarde -->> ici <<--
Aussi, donne la liste des cartes présentes dans cartes réseau.
C'est quoi la marque et le modèle du pc ?
Sous quel système d'exploitation et en 32 ou 64 bits ?

Désolé pour le retard de réponse, j'ai été prise par des raisons personnelles.
Alors j'ai suivi vos instructions et en allant dans le gestionnaire de périphérique, il n'y a aucun matériel ayant un point d'interrogation.
Dans carte réseau, j'ai celle-ci :
Realtek RTL8168C/8111C Family PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet NIC (NDIS 6.0)
Et concernant le PC, c'est un :
HP-Pavilion a6000,
Windows Vista Service Pack 2, 6.0
et système d'exploitation : 32bits

Va dans le gestionnaire des périphériques
Cartes réseau
Fais clic droit sur Realtek RTL8168C
Désinstalle-le
Redémarre le pc
Réinstalle-le avec ce pilote --> Ethernet
