DVD playback issue on Samsung BD-D7500

Hello everyone, I received the "super" Samsung 3D wall-mounted BD-D7500 player for Christmas 2012. I rarely used it but it worked perfectly for DVDs, 3D DVDs, or Blu-rays. After a few months without using it, it no longer reads anything, from CDs to Blu-rays... Can someone tell me what might be the issue? I thought about buying a cleaning disc, but they are not compatible with Blu-rays... Since the warranty has expired, I'm a bit lost... Thank you for your responses!!!!
