Hello,
I bought a Packard Bell easynote laptop in 2009. I've never formatted it because it was working fine until now, but today it's sluggish, slow, and has a lot of bugs. I would like to format it, but I don't have an installation CD. Since I bought it, is there a way to create this CD? How can I format it?
Thank you in advance for your replies.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 26.0

Hello,
When starting the PC, hold down ALT and repeatedly tap F10 at the same time as the PBell logo appears. Without interruption, PBell Recovery Management should launch and you will be able to choose to restore to factory settings.
If you have personal data on the C:\ partition that you want to keep, back it up first to another partition or to an external drive.
