Format Windows Vista Without CD Solved/Closed

Question

Hello,
I bought an AZUS PRO31Sseries laptop, F3SV version with Vista Home Premium edition. I would like to format it but the Vista CD was not provided with the purchase of the computer. I have already tried many methods posted on many other sites but nothing works! I press Escape at startup, it asks me to choose the hard drive to boot from, I select the (only) hard drive and click enter but the computer continues to boot as if I hadn't done anything.

PS: I tried yesterday before making all the backups and it was working.

Configuration: Windows Vista Firefox 2.0.0.12

Upon closer inspection, I have a CD that says "recovery DVD" on it, I put it in the case, restarted the computer and pressed F10 on reboot! After following the instructions and reformatting my laptop, I can finally use it without issues ^^

Yes, indeed, but what is it good for? I bought it between Christmas and New Year ^^ and I have an online upgrade program, but I would like to format it, but I don't have the CDs!

Hello, do you want to restore your PC? If that's the case, do you have the upgrade CD? You have the restoration software with it because I have what I need.

I might have the solution: go to the control panel, then go to backup and restore center and select advanced restore. I'm not sure if it will work, but give it a try anyway.

You can also press Alt F10 during startup and perform a factory reset to default settings.

To everyone struggling to format their Fujitsu Siemens Scaleo P Vista, I have the solution!!!!!!

I myself searched everywhere to format my Fujitsu Siemens Scaleo P Vista!

WARNING, THIS FORMATTING SOLUTION IS RESERVED FOR LICENSED USERS!
TO FORMAT, YOU WILL NEED THE PRODUCT KEY (written on the central tower) OR TO FIND IT, GO TO START, RIGHT-CLICK ON COMPUTER, THEN PROPERTIES, AND YOUR KEY IS AT THE BOTTOM (copy it on a piece of paper!!)

1st step=> GO TO "COMPUTER" in your start menu
2nd step => GO TO "SYSTEM (C:)"
3rd step=> OPEN THE "x86" FOLDER, IF YOU CAN'T FIND IT, SEARCH FOR IT
4th step=> DOUBLE-CLICK ON THE "setup" APPLICATION
5th step=> FOLLOW THE INSTALLATION
6th random step=> after formatting: TO FREE UP A LOT OF GB ON YOUR HDD (about 30 or more), go to start/computer/system (C:)/find the windows.old folder and delete it! WARNING, if you have photos, videos, etc. to recover, they are located in this folder! So take a look before deleting it!
This formatting is a forced and manual formatting meant for those who know a bit about it; for others, forget it;

Hello, on some PCs, you just need to press F11 at startup! Do not select system restore (first question) and select system reset (second question).

That's correct, you just need to press F11 at startup, but this doesn't work for all computers; the key only works for Packard Bell. Since I have an Acer (which is an evolution of Packard Bell), it should be the same. I haven't tried it, but for others it's Alt + F10 or F1 or others.

My PC is currently two weeks old, I'm running Windows 7, and right now I have a problem with the Wi-Fi key; Windows no longer recognizes it. I tried reinstalling it with its CD, but it wouldn't work.

I'm using an OLITEC Wi-Fi key.

Hello,

My problem is solved, I simply restored my computer to an earlier point (29/05/2010), thanks to that, my wifi key is working again and I have a very good connection. Moreover, it removed several viruses and some software I had recently installed that I was using, but that's okay, I'll reinstall them. At least it spared me from having to delete all of my software ^^. Goodbye
