Hello,
I bought an AZUS PRO31Sseries laptop, F3SV version with Vista Home Premium edition. I would like to format it but the Vista CD was not provided with the purchase of the computer. I have already tried many methods posted on many other sites but nothing works! I press Escape at startup, it asks me to choose the hard drive to boot from, I select the (only) hard drive and click enter but the computer continues to boot as if I hadn't done anything.

Thank you in advance for your responses!

PS: I tried yesterday before making all the backups and it was working.
Configuration: Windows Vista Firefox 2.0.0.12

Here it is good! Thanks
Upon closer inspection, I have a CD that says "recovery DVD" on it, I put it in the case, restarted the computer and pressed F10 on reboot! After following the instructions and reformatting my laptop, I can finally use it without issues ^^

Thanks again!

Hello
For some time now, my laptop has been acting up: when I start it, the screen lights up and then goes black, and a white cursor appears in the top left corner. A friend advised me to reformat it, but I don't know how that works. Additionally, I don't have a Windows CD.
I hope someone can help me!
Thank you in advance!

It depends on the brand of your laptop. You need to press a F-something key when starting up the computer. On my Asus, it was F10.
