    Good evening,
    the keyboard keys that control the sound vary from one computer to another, try this: Fn + F6, F7 or F8. The Fn key is located between Ctrl and the Windows key at the bottom of the keyboard. The F6 keys, etc. are the smaller keys on the top row. Make sure to press them at the same time.

      I would like to clarify that you should first press FN and then F**
      after that, press the F12 or F11 or F9 keys, etc...... there should be a small drawing that looks like a speaker.

      So, FN + F** without forgetting to first press FN and then F**
