Hello,
my sister received a Lenovo ThinkPad Edge E330 computer from the high school, running Windows 8. Everything was going fine until my sister failed to change the password before the deadline (30 days), so the default password was "ordilib" in lowercase. Unfortunately, this password no longer works. Fortunately, no password is required at startup, but it is impossible to launch any application or software as a password is needed :/ What should I do? I searched online on how to format a PC running Windows 8 but found nothing conclusive. Moreover, no CDs were provided, only a USB drive that I can't seem to use because it contains only files, no program inside. Thank you in advance for your responses.
