No, it's not possible except on PC :) All that the others told you, they actually didn't understand your question :)
So the Main Cars of each player can be Custom and will remain so, but unfortunately you can't change them :)

Nice :) With all the other stuff on the forum, I lost 200,000 on each character to customize my Zentorno, my Turismo, and my EntityXF... Thanks again for the mod Trainer.
