Hello,
I recently had computer issues that made my computer almost unusable. I asked for help right here, but it was impossible to assist me. I finally managed to get some clarity with various scans and repair tools. My computer is working much better now, but when I try to install a network printer on my computer, I get the following message: Printers
Windows cannot open Add a printer. Unable to complete this operation (error 0x0000007e). Also, when I try to scan certain files with the antivirus, I get a blue screen with the same error number... What should I do? Thank you very much.
Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 26.0

Hello,
I'm not sure it's interesting because I barely get this message when I click on "Add a printer" in devices and printers, wherever I am. Otherwise, it's a Konica professional printer and photocopy machine; I don't really know the exact model, but the problem, for sure, does not come from the printer; it is software-related and internal to my computer.
