Hello, good evening everyone.
Since the day I bought the PS4, I used to connect with Freewifi without any problem, but for the past few weeks, I can no longer connect.
Usually, I either go to User Guide or Internet Browser to display the Freewifi page so I can enter my username and password. But now it shows "Unable to display the page" (WV-33898-1). Even for the connection test, it shows another problem, which is (CE-33984-7).
And now I can no longer play online even though I paid for a month of subscription, which is quite frustrating since I don't have internet at home yet.
If someone could find a solution, thank you in advance.

FreeWifi networks are not priority Hotspots for gaming. Already on PC, it can be difficult to "grab" an IP and a connection on a FreeWifi hotspot, and generally, when there is already one or two connections on the FreeWifi, adding another can be difficult, if not impossible.
Additionally, when the owner of the Freebox is connected, it may refuse Freewifi connections since the owner has priority over public connections.
If you are the owner, it’s better to use the standard Wi-Fi connection or a wired network.
