Accès Internet impossible malgré connexion Wifi et Ethernet reconnues

Bonjour,
Je rencontre le problème suivant : en allumant mon ordinateur, qu'il soit connecté à ma BBox en WiFi ou en ethernet directement, je parviens à afficher des pages Internet pendant quelques dizaines de secondes, puis plus rien. L'ordinateur est toujours connecté et annonce avoir un accès Internet, mais il m'est impossible d'ouvrir d'autres pages Internet. Par ailleurs, mon téléphone et l'ordinateur d'un ami se connectent sans problème.
J'ai sillonné les forums, mais je n'ai pas trouvé de problème similaire au mien.
Mon ventilateur faisant un peu de bruit, j'ai cru un moment que cela était dû à une surchauffe interne, car refroidissement trop faible (?)
J'ai donc téléchargé Speccy pour analyser l'état de mon ordinateur et voilà le résultat :
