Hello

Today I ordered a Chinese smartphone Tengda H10 Android 4.2 on the HONGKONGEEK website for €51, which seems cheap and a good deal at first glance. But I realized that they don't ask for confirmation (SMS OR EMAIL) and they haven't sent me an email. I was wondering if this is normal or not, as I'm a bit worried about my account and I still don't know if my order has been validated or not. I can't even log in to their site because I can't receive an email.
Should I be worried about my bank account?
How can I cancel the order?

Thank you for your help.

Too good to be true, bad deal, your money is gone for good, unless you report your payment.

You should research online BEFORE giving out your bank details and money....

Hello,
I would like to intervene on this subject to share my own experience:
JIACKE smartphone with technical specifications similar to major brands and sold for 50% to 70%, or €55, of the retail price, ordered express (additional €18) on 04/09/14, received perfectly packaged on 04/16/14 and in perfect working condition.
Conclusion:
Read the terms of sale carefully. The seller clearly states a delivery time of 1 to 6 weeks for free shipping. He also recommends payment via Paypal, which offers additional guarantees.
Remember that you chose a low-cost purchase. The money saved may compromise the quality of the service. You cannot expect to save 80% and demand the quality of a major brand. In this regard, does the logo of an apple on an item justify an 80% price increase...?

Hello
This is the third smartphone I've bought from Hong Kong Geek.
No issues with the service, speed, or compliance.
On the last one, I had a problem, so I had to send it back at my expense as expected. I always had someone to respond to me in the chat. The delay is a bit long (China). Finally, I received a new smartphone of the same model via DHL. With a small gift (micro card reader) and a note from customer service. What more can I say, for me they are really a serious seller.

One of their employees sent me a message today saying: "We could not find your order, did you
pay? Please provide us with the PayPal transaction ID."

Does this mean that my order no longer exists and has been canceled?

It means that it's not a serious site, plus the French is approximate, and that receiving your product is now equal to Russian roulette.

I have already ordered two tablets from hongkongeek.com and everything went very well. Delivery by DHL in 8 days.
