Hello,
I would like to know how to do it (it's all in the title ;)) knowing that the packaging does not contain a cable intended for this purpose, only the power plug of the machine. Do I need to buy a cable, and if so, which one? Do I need an adapter?

You can use the "tape" outputs from the mixing table with 1/4 inch jack cables.
On the computer side, the type of connector depends on your sound card, most likely 1/8 inch jack. -
