I also feel that this site is a scam. I ordered 50 masks on May 17 that have still not arrived but have been charged to my account.

Indeed, I'm afraid it might be a scam. I placed an order almost 2 months ago and despite my complaints, I haven't received a response.
I ordered 2 sweaters in February 2021. I haven't received anything even after numerous complaints. I requested a refund but nothing has happened. This is a scam!!

Don't worry, I ordered 1 pair of men's sneakers, it was too small, I returned them immediately and they refunded me 3 days later

SCAM You are never delivered
Usine club claims that you are and blames Colissimo, but if that’s true they should take responsibility, but given the number of cases, I don’t believe it.

total scam. You order without receiving anything. They tell you that your package has been delivered to the mailbox with a fake tracking number. And when you complain, they tell you to of course contact the post office, which didn’t do its job. Here’s how you lose €40 !!!!!!
